Returns Policy

 

If something is not right and if you require a store credit or an exchange, please follow our returns policy below.

RETURNS POLICY

We must be notified about all returns 48 hours after you’ve received your order and items must be returned to us within 14 days from receiving your goods. Upon notification of your return we will provide you with a return address.

 

Faulty Items

OlliLuks strive to exceed expectations, we do however apologise if your items are faulty.

If this is the case, please contact us via email on hello@olliluks.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order please include your order number, fault details and supporting photos.

Item will be assessed upon return and if deemed faulty, We will replace the item if available otherwise a store credit will be issued.

Please note anything worn or washed will not be accepted and or refunded.

Earrings Return Policy

Please note all earrings are non refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons. If your product comes damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of arrival via our email address provided and with proof of damaged of the product. We will then arrange a store credit or exchange upon request and availability of stock.

Our returns are not free, so the return shipping fee will need to paid by the customer - please ensure to keep your tracking number once shipped in case of lost parcels. 

You will receive a confirmation email from us within 72 hours of receiving your return back, letting you know that your return has been received and processed. If you wanted an exchange we will ship out your new order once we’ve received your return, if you wanted a store credit we will email you your voucher to use for future orders.

PLEASE NOTE: We understand that our return postage is not free, however we strongly recommend you to send your return package with a tracking number. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.

Change of Mind

In accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria, Olliluks does not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases.

 

When will I receive my store credit?
All store credits will be processed within 10 business days from being returned to Olliluks.
